What we cook and how we cook
We think that you have already noticed that this section is not called Restaurant, but Kitchen. That is because out attention is centered rather on the idea of making tasty dishes.
We arranged here, at Dorul Pescarului, a series of conditions that allow us to cook traditionally, on hot coals, on trivet, on hot stove, in a brick-oven with wood fire. We try to get only natural ingredients from the farms and households around us. However, for the beginning, it remains a sector that we will not be able to cover with food from these farms or households. The idea of cooking naturally binds well with the joy of fishing. Here you will be able to eat fish traditionally cooked, fresh fish caught right from our lake.
We also pay a great attention to the beverages that we serve. Both wine and other alcoholic beverages (tuica, palinka, cognac) as well as natural juices, like apple juice, are of high quality, brought from producers who prepare them in small non-industrial quantities.
